"Scott helped my partner and me purchase a home and is currently working on selling both of the residences we were living in previously. Before my partner and I even met with Scott, he had done a ton of research for us. We were so impressed by his initial presentation that we opted to hire him over a family friend who was willing to give us a discount on her commission. The market where we were buying had very low supply and high demand. The majority of the houses being listed were under contract within a day or two. We texted Scott on a Saturday to let him know about some houses we wanted to look at on Monday. We weren't trying to interrupt his weekend, but he was the one who insisted we go on Sunday due to the possibility that we could lose a house by waiting even one day. He responded to text messages immediately, regardless of what time it was or even whether he was on vacation. He was up negotiating for us until after 10:30 pm on the house we did end up buying. The man seriously never stops working and it's very apparent how much he loves his job. I think he was genuinely as excited as I was while looking at properties, which made the whole process more fun. He is very involved in the local community, and he had a lot of knowledge to share with us about the locations where we were looking and even events we might want to attend. Scott helped us find contractors for work that needed to be done and personally kept in touch with them to make sure the work was going as planned. I was being particularly picking about settlement agents. Scott got quotes from multiple agents until he found one I was happy with and then was there at the closing with us. In listing my house, Scott has been very proactive in reaching out to other real estate agents who have pending sales in my area to help us determine a listing price. In overhearing some of those calls, it was obvious to me that he is well respected and liked within the community and that other agents would be happy to work with him.
